Sometimes life can feel like it is moving too slowly. You pray, you wait, you hope, but the answer does not come as quickly as you expected. In those moments, it is easy to feel forgotten, tired or even discouraged.
But God is never late.
The Bible reminds us in Ecclesiastes 3:11 that God “has made everything beautiful in its time.” That means there is a season for waiting, a season for learning, a season for preparation and a season for breakthrough.
Many times, God does not delay us to punish us. He uses the waiting season to strengthen our faith, prepare our hearts and place us in the right position for the blessing ahead. What looks like a delay may actually be divine protection.
Think about Joseph. He had a dream from God, but before the dream came true, he went through betrayal, slavery, false accusation and prison. To people, it looked like his life was going backwards. But to God, Joseph was being prepared for a greater purpose. At the right time, God lifted him from prison to the palace.
Your story may not look perfect today, but God is still working. The doors that are closed, the prayers that seem unanswered and the waiting that feels painful may all be part of a bigger plan you cannot see yet.
Do not give up because things are taking time. Trust God even when the road is quiet. Keep praying, keep doing good, keep believing and keep walking in faith.
God knows your name. He knows your needs. He knows your tears. And when the time is right, He will open the right door.

Prayer:
Lord, help me to trust Your timing. Give me patience when I feel tired, faith when I feel discouraged and peace when I do not understand what You are doing. I believe You are working behind the scenes for my good. Amen.
